As a co-owner of one of the largest private outpatient substance-use counseling agencies in the Willamette Valley, Alexandra has a unique alternative perspective of rehabilitation versus incarceration. She also served as a police officer for nearly 10 years, starting in South Carolina and continuing after moving to Oregon. She was a certified defensive tactics instructor and a member of the Honor Guard. 

Alexandra obtained her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University and holds a Master of Science degree in Criminology from Regis University. 

Raised in Japan and born in England, she has a passion for traveling the world with her family. She enjoys staying physically fit for her kids and refurbishes old furniture in her spare time.
