Born and raised in Oregon, Keegan attended both Oregon State University and Western Oregon University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Throughout his career, he has used his knowledge of the Spanish language and culture to connect with many different clients and their families.

Keegan worked in the hospitality industry for five years during college and after graduation while he completed an internship for LJK Investigations. He became a licensed investigator in January 2021 and has worked numerous cases as lead investigator ranging from misdemeanors to Measure 11 crimes. He combines his ability to connect with others and critical analysis skills with his interest in the criminal justice system to provide a thorough investigation for each client.

In his free time, Keegan enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing various sports. His favorite hike is Khao Hang Nak in Thailand, and his favorite sport to play is disc golf.
