Macall used her skills and perspective in her role on our support staff before working through LJKI’s internship program and obtaining her Private Investigator’s license. She now serves LJKI as a Mitigation Investigator. This unique role is a valuable asset to the defense team, and is a perfect fit for Macall’s experience and education focused on client advocacy.

Macall was born and raised in Salem. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology, she continued on to earn a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a focus on forensic psychology. This led her to work directly with young people in the Oregon Youth Authority. Though she enjoyed it, she left to pursue an opportunity where she could have a greater impact on individual lives.

When not at work, Macall enjoys spending time with her husband and her pets: a mini cow, two mini steers, and two basset hounds. You can occasionally find her at a rodeo or a country concert.
